DRF COACHING, LLC – RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR DR. FARRAH’S HEALTH COACHING SERVICES

By purchasing any health coaching session with Dr. Farrah through DRF Coaching, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of This Policy

  • 1.1. Mandatory Review
    • Before finalizing payment, you confirm that you have carefully read this Return & Refund Policy in its entirety.
  • 1.2. Binding Agreement
    • By proceeding with your purchase, you understand and agree that you will be bound by this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, do not proceed with your purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • 2.1. 24-Hour Window
    • You understand and agree that any request for a refund must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your coaching session.
  • 2.2. Refund Requests Within 24 Hours
    • You understand and agree that if your request is made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, it will be automatically denied.
    • Why This Matters:
      • Our team and Dr. Farrah spend dedicated time preparing for each session. Our policy allows us to efficiently manage time and resources for all clients.

3. No Refunds for Initiated Sessions

  • 3.1. Initiated Sessions Are Non-Refundable
    • You understand and agree that once your session has started (i.e., once the scheduled appointment time begins), no refunds will be granted for any reason.
  • 3.2. Missed or Late Appointments
    • You understand and agree that arriving late or missing the session entirely counts as an initiated session once the scheduled start time has passed, and is therefore non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • 4.1. Advance Notice
    • You understand and agree to submit any refund request more than 24 hours before the session start time to our customer support email at [your email address].
  • 4.2. Required Information
    • You understand and agree that your refund request must include:
      • Your full name
      • Date of purchase
      • Proof of payment (e.g., receipt or transaction details)
      • Reason for requesting the refund
  • 4.3. Processing Time
    • You understand and agree that once a refund request is approved, it may take 7–10 business days for the amount to be credited back to your original form of payment.

5. Rescheduling Policy

  • 5.1. 24-Hour Advance Notice
    • You understand and agree that you must request to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • 5.2. Forfeiture of Session
    • You understand and agree that any session canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be forfeited and is not eligible for a refund.

6. Policy Modifications

  • 6.1. Right to Update
    • You understand and agree that DRF Coaching, LLC may modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time.
  • 6.2. Effective Date
    • Any changes will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the modified policy, which will be clearly posted on our website.

7. Consent and Confirmation

By completing your purchase, you understand and agree that:

  • You have read this policy thoroughly.
  • You acknowledge that no refunds will be issued once a session begins.
  • You acknowledge that refund requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be denied.
  • You are fully aware of our rescheduling requirements.
